Join us on our journey to shape the future with AI.We are looking for a skilled and passionate Lead IOS Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our growing mobile team. You will be responsible for designing and developing advanced applications for the iOS platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Job location : Coimbatore ( Hybrid / On demand basis )Experience : 3 to 6 yearsRoles & Responsibilities : Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of high-quality iOS applications and frameworks / SDKs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, QA, product) to define requirements, design solutions, and ship new features.Ensure applications meet high standards for performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness across diverse iOS devices and OS versions.Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architectural guidance, and mentoring junior iOS developers.Drive product thinking by contributing to feature definition, user experience design, and prioritization decisions.Stay current with emerging iOS frameworks, tools, and industry best practices, and integrate them into the development process.Must Have Skills : Proven experience in iOS development using Swift (and Objective-C where applicable), including architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture) and modern iOS frameworks (SwiftUI, Combine, UIKit).Strong knowledge of the iOS SDK, lifecycle management, device / OS compatibility handling, and UI / UX best practices for multiple screen sizes and orientations.Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and implementing robust networking strategies (e.g., URLSession, Combine, async / await), including caching, retries, and offline handling.Hands-on experience in building and maintaining custom iOS SDKs or frameworks, including versioning, modularization, and backward compatibility.Solid understanding of iOS security best practices (e.g., Keychain, encryption, secure storage, App Transport Security) and performance optimization techniques (Instruments profiling, memory management, battery efficiency).Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues, design scalable solutions, and anticipate trade-offs.Demonstrated ability to think critically about product design, user experience, and technical feasibility.High agency and ownership in driving projects from concept to deployment.Strong general cognitive ability with quick learning aptitude and adaptability under ambiguity.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to consult with clients, translate technical concepts into business terms, and align stakeholders.Nice to have skills : Familiarity with Flutter or React Native or KotlinExposure to mobile testing tools and CI / CD pipelinesWorking knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologiesAbility to lead small teamsWhat we offer : Best in packagesPaid holidays and flexible paid time awayCasual dress code & flexible working environmentMedical Insurance covering self & family up to 4 lakhs per person.Work in an engaging, fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for professional development.Diverse and multicultural work environmentBe part of an innovation-driven culture that provides the support and resources needed to succeed.
