Senior Backend Developer

We're seeking a senior backend engineer to lead our AI-driven trading automations and scale our infrastructure.

This role will involve designing, building, and maintaining high-performance services, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.

• 7+ years of experience in production-level backend systems
• Tech lead experience driving projects from idea to production under high ambiguity and fast iteration cycles
• Mentoring engineers to achieve their full potential
• Distributed systems, cloud architecture, and high-performance services expertise
• Able to independently own end-to-end projects
• Blockchain development skills : onchain APIs, transaction processing, and scaling decentralized systems
• Crypto wallet, trading system, and DeFi protocol familiarity is a plus
• Ai / ML pipelines expertise including RAGs, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• Ability to integrate AI inference and intelligence layers into products
• Passion for modern development practices CI / CD, observability, containerization, etc.
• Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving critical incidents

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with a strong understanding of blockchain development, AI / ML pipelines, and cloud architecture.
