Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what's right. The SmartReview team is at the forefront of protecting Google's billions of Workspace users. We play a pivotal role in developing, monitoring and upgrading the processes and human-in-the-loop flows to generate high quality data sets used to build state-of-the-art Machine Learning models.

We are on a mission to build a scalable, auditable, and reliable process to ensure the quality of our content moderation and labelling operations.

As a Policy Enforcement Manager, you will work with global teams to ensure our review processes keep up with the new trends in abuse across workspace. You will own the processes to work with product and engineering teams to ensure latest trends in abuse are caught early and included in our policy and vendor trainings. You will evaluate abuse trends and quality within vendor operations and develop creative solutions to address quality, workflows, and processes.
