Job Description

We're Incresco — a fast-moving tech company solving bold problems in AI, SaaS, and digital platforms. We're now doubling down on our product ecosystem — starting with Flinkk, our AI-powered business suite — and we're looking for a Growth & GTM Associate who can amplify both Incresco's brand presence and Flinkk's market traction.

This is a Founder's Office role, working directly with the leadership team on growth, brand, and go-to-market execution. You'll experiment, build, and hustle — driving awareness, adoption, and revenue through creative, data-backed initiatives.

This is an investment role — the more impact you create, the more upside you unlock. You'll have a 70 : 30 structure (fixed : performance), with uncapped rewards for those who move the needle.

Who we're looking for :

Someone with founder energy — ambitious, hands-on, and unafraid to chase results.

You think in terms of traction, not tasks. You understand brand as a growth engine, not a design exercise.

You're part strategist, part operator — curious enough to explore, confident enough to execute, and hungry enough to see it through.

What you'll do :

• Build and scale Incresco's brand presence across digital channels (LinkedIn, X, and communities).
• Our our marketing websites.
• Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for Flinkk — from campaigns to partnerships.
• Identify and onboard early customers, collaborators, and strategic partners.
• Launch experiments that convert visibility into measurable traction — leads, sign-ups, or revenue.
• Collaborate with design, tech, and product teams to roll out updates and campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for higher impact.
• Represent Incresco + Flinkk in conversations, communities, and partnerships that matter.
