PHP/Laravel Developer - Backend Technologies

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in architecting, designing, and developing Laravel-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in PHP programming and Laravel framework.

Job Location : Required : 7 - 8

Key Responsibilities :

Development & Architecture :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel.

- Build clean APIs, RESTful services, and backend logic.

- Implement modular, secure, and maintainable codebases.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Database & Server Management :

- Design and manage MySQL database schemas, migrations, and queries.

- Work with caching systems like Redis/Memcached.

- Handle cloud deployments (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) and server management.

Frontend Integration :

- Collaborate with frontend developers on UI/UX integration.

- Work with Vue.js, React, or Blade templates for dynamic interfaces.

- Ensure smooth integration between backend and frontend components.

Quality Assurance :

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

- Write unit tests and troubleshoot production issues.

- Ensure security best practices (OWASP, CSRF, XSS, etc.).

Technical Leadership :

- Mentor junior developers and support team development.

- Participate in architectural and design discussions.

- Lead sprint planning, task delegation, and project deliveries.

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Laravel Framework (5+ years).

- Proficient in PHP, OOP, MVC architecture.

- Strong knowledge of MySQL, Redis, REST APIs.

- Experience with Laravel Ecosystem (Queues, Events, Jobs, Passport/Sanctum, etc.).

- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js / React preferred).

- Hands-on with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.

- Experience working with microservices, third-party API integrations, and payment gateways.

- Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Capability to work in agile environments with tight deadlines.

- Leadership qualities with proven project-ownership experience.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory based on experience).
