Test Automation Lead Engineer

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Working with the test automation team for developing testing strategy of the project, determining the appropriate balance of manual and automated tests, as well as the types of tests (UI Automation, functional automation, performance / load, and so on).
• Supporting to develop automated test frameworks and test cases for the different types of tests employed.
• Executing and reporting on the full testing suite of both manual and automated tests.
• Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Generating new ideas, for improving the quality and productivity of the team.
• Be proactive in keeping your skills fresh.
• Reviewing and providing detailed feedback on peers' design and code
• Providing accurate estimates and effectively communicate status.
• Engaging in agile guidelines and a culture of continuous improvement
