JOB Description

• Partner with Business and Technology leaders to execute the strategy for one or more key programs.
• Develop & deliver program plans that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness and support defining a cross-functional program structure.
• Manage and track program execution to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery by working through risks, and interdependencies.
• Promote collaboration and coordination across broad categories of Stakeholders.
• Partner with business unit and platform product management, and product development leadership to identify benefits, short- and long-term trade-offs and balance the needs of all stakeholders.
• Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently, work well with others when conflicts arise.
• See opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, find common ground and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints before driving for closure and cooperation

Skills

Technical background - Program / Project management experience with Product Company

Capability to understand and connect business strategy to the deliverables to drive.
