Salesforce Trained Freshers

About the Role

We are looking for a trained fresher in Salesforce who has completed Salesforce training and has a foundational understanding of both development and administration. The candidate will work closely with senior team members to assist in customizing, configuring, and maintaining the Salesforce platform.

Key Resposibilities

Assist in

Salesforce customization

using

Apex (coding)

and

Visualforce .

Configure

objects ,

fields ,

workflows ,

validation rules , and

automation tools .

Support in

user management

(creating users, roles, profiles, and permission sets).

Help generate and manage

reports

and

dashboards

for business insights.

Assist in

data imports ,

exports , and

maintenance

activities.

Troubleshoot basic issues and provide support to end users.

Stay updated with

Salesforce best practices

and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Completed training or certification in

Salesforce Development and Administration .

Good knowledge of

Apex (triggers, classes) ,

Visualforce , and

declarative tools .

Understanding of

Salesforce workflows ,

process automation , and

security settings .

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Salesforce certification ( Administrator or Platform Developer I

preferred but not mandatory).
