Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot , Alfresco , Nuxeo , and IBM CMOD to design, develop, and support enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience customizing ECM platforms, building integrations, and delivering scalable backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Customize and extend Alfresco Content Services , including workflows, content models, web scripts, and modules
- Develop and configure solutions on Nuxeo and integrate with enterprise systems
- Work with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) for storage, retrieval, and archiving use cases
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and microservices
- Troubleshoot ECM platform issues across Alfresco, Nuxeo, and CMOD environments
- Work cross-functionally with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality delivery
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and ensure ECM best practices
