The Planning & Implementation Executive will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring weekly / monthly and yearly plans within the editorial framework of Rajasthan Patrika. This role requires a bilingual professional (Hindi & English) with strong coordination, analytical, and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic plans, editorial schedules, and special projects.
- Coordinate between Editorial, Production, Marketing, and Management teams.
- Ensure timely execution of planned campaigns, supplements, or editorial features.
- Track progress, analyze performance, and prepare implementation reports.
- Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Support leadership in decision-making, data presentation, and project follow-ups.
- Maintain effective communication across departments (bilingual correspondence).
Required Skills & Competencies

MBA (Mandatory) – Specialization in Management / Planning / Strategy.Degree or Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication – Added Advantage.Preferred Experience
3–6 years of relevant experience in planning, coordination, or implementation roles.Experience in media, publishing, or large-scale organizational operations preferred.
