Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager based in Jalandhar. The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily operations of the customer service department, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and manage customer support teams. Responsibilities include developing customer service policies, resolving customer complaints, analysing service quality metrics, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
