As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Enterprise Data Platform and engineering Enterprise Data Assets & Products. Accountabilities

• Ensure the service is in 'Always ON' mode and maintain at least 99% service availability for users.
• Optimize the service for improved pipeline performance and cost efficiencies.
• Address feature / connector usage, design, and implementation queries from the data engineering community.
• Contribute to service response and resolution times compliance.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests from data engineers.
• Implement change requests for platform and new data asset & product pipelines.
• Design, build, test, and deploy data ingestion and consumption pipelines.
• Enhance and maintain CI / CD and test automation solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, create 'Knowledge Base' and 'How-To Do' articles.
• On-board new data assets, products, and applications to the Snowflake data platform.
