Objectives of the Position :
To drive profitable growth of business in the assigned region.
Main Tasks :
- Plan and direct sales activities in Inda to achieve agreed sales volume, pricing and selling cost objectives by implementing consistently the overall sales strategy, using technical, organizational and customer knowledge.
 - Responsible for business top line, bottom line and volume growth as per annual targets.
 - Develop and maintain strategic long-term business relationships with respective accounts (all decision-makers) to promote brand value.
 - Handle and improve sales in Pharma, Dietary Supplements (Vitamins), Food Ingredient and Beverage market
 - In addition, provide inputs and participate in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services
 - Work with the R&D, customer service and logistics personnel to establish a communication path with the customer to ensure sales opportunities for product and services.
 - To develop market intelligence / Network to pursue market growth and deepen market penetration
 - Distributor Management, Optimize & strengthen distribution network and ensure effective distributors management.
 - To provide market information / requirements back to Regional Marketing and Product Management teams
 - Develop lasting customer relationships to identify business trends in and beyond the customer scope or respective portfolio.
 - Utilize product application knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of entire customer and market value chain to anticipate market trends.
 - Identify opportunities to grow in Vitamins, look for opportunities to leverage existing relations in market and create new opportunities by forging new alliances in market.
 - Contribute directly with market intelligence and necessary lobbying with stake holders for topics like food fortification and other advocacy and regulatory topics.
 
Job Requirements :
Edu c a t i o n : Bachelors / master’s in Nutrition / Chemical / equivalent with MBA (preferred).W o r k in gExperience : 6 to 8 Years. Techno commercial.T e c hn i c a l&ProfessionalKnowledge : Xxperience in Nutraceutical / Vitamins / Fortification / Pharma. Excellent network within Nutrition / Pharma companies / trade channels.
