Fiori is looking for servers who will report to the restaurant manager and focus on curating an amazing hospitality experience for patrons.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensure the dining area is fully set up, stocked, and prepared on time as per SOPs.
- Lead the table preparation, including silverware, glassware, and other dining essentials.
- Oversee menu knowledge, including daily specials, ingredients, and dietary accommodations.
- Maintain and restock service stations with necessary items like cutlery, condiments, and tableware.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu, including signature dishes and recommended pairings.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and uniform standards in line with company policies.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to enhance the guest experience.
- Proactively suggest menu items and pairings to guests, ensuring an engaging dining experience.
- Stay updated on seasonal menu changes and promote new dishes to keep the guest experience fresh and exciting.
Pre-requisites :
A hotel management graduate is a plus.0-3 years of work experience in similar roles.Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business.A passion for food and talking to people.
