Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Analog Layout Engineers with strong real-time, hands-on experience in custom and full-custom layout design across advanced semiconductor process nodes. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in floor planning, routing, physical verification , and analog / mixed-signal block layout .

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform full-custom analog layout of circuits such as Op-Amps, Bandgap References, LDOs, ADCs, DACs, SERDES, PLLs, and Bias Circuits .
• Develop layouts from schematic to GDSII for analog and mixed-signal IPs.
• Execute floor planning, power planning, and hierarchical integration for complex analog and mixed-signal blocks.
• Perform DRC, LVS, ERC, EMIR , and density checks using industry-standard tools.
• Ensure matching, shielding, parasitic optimization, and symmetry for sensitive analog paths.
• Handle deep N-well , guard ring , antenna , and latch-up considerations in submicron processes.
• Work closely with circuit designers and verification engineers for layout debugging and optimization .
• Support ECO updates , post-layout verification , and signoff .
