Job Title : Automation Tester with Playwright

Experience : 6 to 10 Years

Budget : 14 to 16 LPA

Location : Bangalore

Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using

Playwright

for web applications.

Build robust, scalable, and maintainable automation frameworks.

Execute automated test suites, analyze failures, and provide detailed defect reports.

Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality releases.

Implement CI / CD integration for automated tests (Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions etc.).

Identify areas for automation, improve coverage, and reduce manual testing efforts.

Ensure testing best practices, coding standards, and documentation are followed.

Technical Skills Required :

Strong hands-on experience with

Playwright

(JavaScript / TypeScript preferred).

Proficiency in

JavaScript / TypeScript

or

Python / Java

for test automation.

Good understanding of

API Testing

(Postman, RestAssured, or similar).

Strong knowledge of

Test Automation Frameworks , page object model (POM), and scripting best practices.

Experience with

Version Control (Git)

and CI / CD pipelines.

Familiarity with modern web technologies, DOM concepts, and debugging tools.

Knowledge of

Test Management tools

(Jira, TestRail, etc.).

Good to Have : Experience in

Performance Testing

or

Mobile Automation .

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).

Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology.

Mandatory Compliance :

Candidates must have

proper employment documentation

for all organizations (UAN history / PF records / Form 16 for all companies).
