Role Overview

We are seeking a  Senior Construction Engineer  to oversee the execution of our villa projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise , a strong eye for quality standards , and the ability to drive site teams and contractors towards timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end site execution for villa and apartment projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards .
• Review structural drawings, BOQs, and ensure accurate implementation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
• Implement and enforce quality protocols for masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, plumbing, and finishing works.
• Drive digital reporting via Powerplay & Zoho Projects (daily updates, checklists, quality audits).
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and supervisors.
• Report directly to the Project Manager / Director on progress and any challenges encountered.
