Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Quality at our facility located in Ahmednagar. The General Manager - Quality will oversee the implementation and management of quality control processes, ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives. The role involves quality assurance, overseeing audits, and collaborating with teams to maintain high standards across production and delivery. The General Manager will ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction through a strong focus on quality practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to maintain and improve product standards
• Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems and Total Quality Management (TQM) principles
• Experience in conducting and overseeing Audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to implement process improvements and manage cross-functional quality initiatives
• Familiarity with ISO & IATF certification requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in Quality Management are a plus
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly preferred
