Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Hiring & Operations Executive to manage both the recruitment and deployment functions for our overseas projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth mobilization to international job sites.

This role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a deep understanding of overseas recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Hiring) Responsibilities

  • Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial shortlisting, and schedule interviews with clients.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines for various overseas requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand job descriptions, skill needs, and mobilization timelines.
  • Assist candidates with interview preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.

Operations & Deployment Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end deployment process : visa, medical, ticketing, travel, and onboarding .
  • Coordinate with candidates, clients, travel agents, and internal teams for smooth mobilization.
  • Maintain accurate records of deployment status, compliance documents, and trackers .
  • Liaise with embassies, government authorities , and other external agencies when required.
  • Support in project planning, process optimization, reporting , and documentation.
  • Ensure full adherence to company policies, recruitment standards , and overseas regulations.
  • Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in overseas hiring, recruitment operations , or deployment within a recruitment / manpower agency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, Excel, and recruitment databases / portals .
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize , and work under tight timelines.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
