Role

As an AI Researcher Intern, you will be immersed in real-world problem-solving across multiple areas—AI systems design, data analysis, digital branding, operational automation, and hospitality technology. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to deploy models, build experiments, automate workflows, and drive brand-building, inspired by the best practices of WeWork, Silkhaus, Flow.life, and other leading startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data-backed research on customer psychology, pricing models, and competitive strategies for real estate and hospitality.
• Collaborate with business and marketing teams to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and digital campaign results.
• Assist in designing experiments and surveys to uncover behavioral drivers, booking preferences, and pricing sensitivity.
• Use AI and analytics tools to recommend optimal pricing, promotions, and messaging approaches.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable business insights and clear presentations for leadership.
• Work on operational process reviews, identifying friction points and suggesting improvements based on behavioral data.
• Support business growth projects—property onboarding, digital marketing, influencer partnerships—with a keen focus on customer journey and value creation.
• Stay agile and resilient, adapting to rapid changes and learning new research techniques and marketing analytics tools.
