Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Trivandrum. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with the operations team, identifying new business opportunities, and providing timely updates to clients. Additionally, the Account Executive will handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

• Sales and Business Development skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus
• Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
