About the Role As a Freelance Performance Marketer at Zymos, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google (Search / Display / YouTube).

You’ll collaborate directly with the Zymos project management team and clients to deliver performance-driven campaigns focused on growth, acquisition, and ROI.

This is a remote, project-based role — perfect for freelancers who want consistent work with verified clients and a steady stream of digital projects.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities Strategize, set up, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.

Conduct detailed audience research, A / B testing, and creative performance analysis.

Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion efficiency.

Write or collaborate on ad copies and creative briefs aligned with brand messaging.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting dashboards.

Implement event tracking, pixel setup, and attribution measurement for all campaigns.

Work closely with the Zymos delivery team to ensure quality, timelines, and communication with clients.

Required Skills & Tools Deep understanding of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads Manager .

Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio (optional).

Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.

Proficiency in campaign structuring, bidding, and scaling strategies.

Familiarity with retargeting, conversion tracking, and lead funnel optimization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on performance marketing experience with verifiable results or portfolio.
