Location : Dubai

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement, configure, upgrade, and maintain ATM software and hardware solutions.
• Deploy and support Aptra Activate across enterprise ATM networks.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor ATM performance, analyze logs, and optimize transaction processing.
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, provide knowledge transfer, and support production incidents.
