Position : Design Lead

Location : Pune, Maharashtra

Role Description

We are seeking a lead designer to work on-site from our office in Pune. The Lead Designer will be responsible for leading the design team, creating designs for web and mobile applications, providing client recommendations, managing & inspiring designers. The lead designer will also provide design direction for both Wednesday ( wednesday.is ) & Tuesday's ( tuesday.is ) endeavours.

Responsibilities

• Understand the problem : Understand what our customers are doing for their users. What pain points are they solving?
• Understand the goal : Understand what they want to achieve.
• Understand the strategy : Understand their product strategy. How do they plan to achieve their goal?
• Create a design strategy : Define the design direction and have a clear vision for the product.
• Lead : Guide and lead a team of designers to execute the design strategy.
• Learn : Learn new skills and build design practices. Strengthen the craft.
• Showcase : Showcase your and your team's expertise.
• Differentiate : Differentiate Wednesday & Tuesday's services by identifying USPs.
• Stakeholder Management : Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Drive Vision : Ability to drive stakeholder vision by aligning team members and focusing on outcomes and actionables.

Requirements

We are looking for a person who can adapt to the latest AI technologies, such as ChatGPT, and leverage them to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
