Position : Executive Assistant to Managing Director Location : On-site in Vadodara, Gujarat

The Role :

This isn’t your typical EA job. Think of it as being the MD’s  right hand + project driver + problem solver . You’ll keep priorities on track, coordinate between teams, and bring order to the hustle of a fast-growing FMCG business.

What You’ll Do :

⚡ Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings & travel.

⚡ Act as the bridge between MD & internal / external teams.

⚡ Track key projects, follow up on deliverables & deadlines.

⚡ Prepare reports, decks & insights for quick decisions.

⚡ Handle confidential info with discretion & professionalism.

⚡ Support in daily business ops & special projects.

Who You Are :

2–5 years of experience as EA / PA / Coordinator (fresh hustlers with drive also welcome ).

Super organized, detail-oriented & a multitasking ninja.

Great communicator with strong people skills.

Tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).

Calm under pressure, proactive & solution-focused.

Excited to learn and grow directly with leadership.
