SAP Test Manager

Job Summary :

This role involves designing, documenting and implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with business goals. This includes scope definition, timelines, risk assessments and resource planning.

You will develop and oversee test automation strategies; execute and monitor automated testing activities when needed.

The successful candidate will lead, mentor and coordinate a team of testers (manual and automation). They will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, role assignment and performance evaluation to ensure high-quality delivery.

Oversight of test case execution, defect tracking, test environment setup and resource allocation is essential. Progress monitoring and issue resolution will keep testing on track.

Defect lifecycle management including logging, prioritizing and verification is critical. Risk analysis and mitigation strategies will safeguard testing quality.

Define and enforce QA policies, procedures, documentation standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Best practices and industry standards compliance are expected.

Regular updates to stakeholders will include testing progress, metrics and overall quality status. Insights will inform decision-making and project direction.

Integration of testing into CI / CD pipelines or DevOps workflows for continuous delivery is required.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

• At least three years of experience working as a test manager
• At least five years of experience in testing activities on SAP projects
• Extensive experience in automated testing
• In-depth knowledge of Tosca Tricentis
• Knowledge in work management tools (DevOps, Cloud ALM or JIRA)

This position requires highly motivated individuals who are willing to work EU shift or travel internationally when needed.
