Job description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Management :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and provide strategic guidance on digital marketing initiatives.

2. Social Media Understanding :

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Guide clients on social media strategies, content planning, and platform-specific tactics.
  • Analyze and interpret social media metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
  • 3. Internal Liaisoning :

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and design to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Communicate client requirements and feedback to the team and ensure alignment on project deliverables.
  • 4. Digital Marketing :

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Understand and leverage various digital channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, providing actionable insights to clients.
  • 5. Communication Skills :

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Requirement :

    2-3 years of experience in client management, preferably within a digital agency.

    Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
