We empower businesses by providing world-class software engineers, operations support, and infrastructure to help them grow faster and better.Job Title : STEM Rater for GenAI Data (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)Engagement : Independent Consultant (20 hrs / week OR 40 hrs / week)Duration : 3–6 months | Location : RemoteAbout the Role : We’re looking for experienced STEM experts to help shape the intelligence of next-generation AI systems. As a STEM Rater, you’ll evaluate and refine AI-generated content in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and pedagogical excellence. Your insights will directly influence how millions of learners experience AI-driven education.Key Responsibilities : Create and refine high-quality STEM content with clear, step-by-step explanations.Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, reasoning, and clarity.Provide constructive feedback to improve AI model performance.Develop and validate datasets and “ground truth” solutions.Collaborate with STEM Leads and fellow raters to maintain quality and consistency.Required Qualifications : Master’s degree (M.Sc. / M.Tech) in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology from a premier institute (IIT, IISc, BITS, NIT, IISER, TIFR, etc.);
Ph.D. preferred.7+ years of experience in teaching, tutoring, content development, or academic research.Deep subject expertise across undergraduate and competitive exam (JEE / NEET / GATE) syllabi.Strong written communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.Preferred : Experience mentoring top-ranking students in competitive exams.Proven ability to create high-quality original problems or educational materials.Familiarity with AI model evaluation or structured data feedback workflows.Personal Attributes : Detail-oriented, analytical, and pedagogically strong.Highly organized, deadline-driven, and collaborative.Comfortable with digital tools and remote workflows.
