About the Role : We are seeking a skilled AI / ML Engineer with expertise in agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered applications. The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimise AI-driven solutions for the healthcare and life sciences domain, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement agentic AI workflows for clinical source verification, discrepancy detection, and intelligent query generation.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered agents using AWS Bedrock and open-source frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
• Develop event-driven data pipelines leveraging AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
• Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent communication techniques to enhance workflow performance.
• Integrate AI agents securely with external systems via APIs.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design PHI / PII-safe ingestion pipelines, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor, test, and fine-tune AI workflows for accuracy, latency, scalability, and compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with product and domain experts to deliver regulatory-compliant healthcare / Life Sciences AI solutions.
