Job description

📍 Location : Noida | 💼 Full-time, On-site

We’re looking for a creative all-rounder — someone who loves designing beautiful interfaces and telling great stories around them.

If you enjoy both designing fintech dashboards and running digital campaigns that bring users to them — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

🎨 UI / UX Design

Design clean, modern user interfaces for web and mobile apps (Figma preferred)
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
Collaborate with developers to turn designs into smooth, responsive experiences
Improve user journeys through research, feedback, and testing

📈 Digital Marketing

Plan and execute campaigns on Google, Meta, and

Create social media creatives, landing pages, and performance visuals

Optimize campaigns, track metrics, and improve engagement

Help build brand identity, tone, and consistency across all channels

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in UI / UX design and / or digital marketing

Strong skills in Figma / Adobe XD / Canva / Photoshop

Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics

Creative thinker who understands both design and data

Interest in fintech, startups, or software products

Bonus : experience with motion graphics or video editing
