About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Account Manager with strong paid media expertise who can bridge the gap between strategy and execution. The right candidate will be hands-on in building and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads while also managing broader account responsibilities - coordinating with website developers, creative teams, and clients to deliver full-funnel digital marketing impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and social.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, driving communication and ensuring smooth delivery.
- Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and creative testing.
- Analyze data across multiple accounts and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on paid media trends, digital marketing best practices, and new ad platform features.
Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, PPC, and paid media execution.Proven success running campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics : CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate.Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and client management skills.Bonus : exposure to SEO, email marketing, or other paid channels like LinkedIn Ads.What You’ll Gain
