Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Develops efficient, elegant, clean, reusable code with no unnecessary complication or abstraction.
  • Deliver tech upgradation to software's that require critical upgrades
  • Ensure Production issues are addressed in timely way
  • Mentor other engineers and developers by providing technical and business-related guidance
  • Participate in complex architectural discussions that involve multiple systems.
  • Identifyanyproduct / functionalitygapsand collaborate internal product and technology teams to define the necessary development to support solution delivery.
  • Drive operation excellence.
  • Pro-active response in identifying and troubleshooting integration or technical issues.
  • Challenge the status quo when needed.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience as UI developer. CGPA in resume required (Min >

    • 60%)

  • 8+ years of proficiency in front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • They should have a solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Frontend Engineers must be detail-oriented and strive for pixel-perfect designs.
  • They should be able to implement designs provided by UX / UI designers accurately, paying close attention to typography, layout, and color. Accessibility, responsive design and performance are table stakes during development.

    • Problem-solving and critical thinking :

  • Frontend Engineers should be able to solve problems and think critically about the design and functionality of the user interface.
  • They should be able to break down complex problems into smaller parts and find solutions to them.
  • They should also be able to anticipate potential issues and come up with solutions to prevent them from occurring.

    • Communication and soft skills :

  • Engineer should be able to work with different stake holders (product manager, tech leads and UX), clearly able to articulate the requirements and their work.
