Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Surat for a Business Travel Consultant. Responsibilities include managing travel arrangements for clients, offering travel consulting services, coordinating car rentals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role involves liaising with clients to provide tailored travel solutions, monitoring itineraries, and resolving travel-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to create and optimize travel plans
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries
• Experience in handling Car Rentals and related travel logistics
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and professionals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of travel software and tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
