About Us

Govardhan Rural Development (an initiative by Schbang) is dedicated to sustainable rural transformation through impactful, eco-friendly, and community-driven initiatives. We are seeking a dynamic CSR Executive (Fundraising & Partnerships) who can fuel our mission by building powerful partnerships, pitching to corporates and HNIs, and driving sustainable fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fundraising & Business Development : Identify, approach, and secure funding from corporates, HNIs, and foundations through effective pitching and proposal development.
  • Partnership Hunting : Research and target potential partners; proactively engage new prospects to expand the donor base.
  • Pitching & Convincing : Deliver compelling presentations and pitches that communicate the value and impact of our rural development projects.
  • Relationship Building : Build and nurture long-term donor and partner relationships to ensure repeat contributions and strategic collaborations.
  • Strategic Documentation : Create high-quality proposals, impact reports, and presentations to showcase project success and attract continued funding.
  • Engagement Activities : Coordinate corporate engagement programs (on-ground and virtual) that strengthen partnerships and donor relations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of proven fundraising, sales, or corporate partnership experience.
  • Strong business development, hunting, and convincing skills.
  • Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation abilities.
  • High confidence in pitching to decision-makers, corporates, and HNI clients.
  • Strong research skills to map and pursue potential funding opportunities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for CSR, rural development, and sustainability.
