Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth for electronic gadgets.
Manage online product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination across platforms (company website, marketplaces, etc.).
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize user experience and increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT and development teams for improvements.
Handle vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely product availability and competitive pricing.
Manage customer service processes to resolve queries and improve satisfaction for online shoppers.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies relevant to electronic gadgets.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI for senior management.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of Experience as a Ecom Manager
Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).
Analytical mindset with ability to use data tools and marketing analytics software effectively.
Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and online customer engagement strategies.
