Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior MEP Engineer with strong expertise in execution and quality control of MEP works in residential / commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the execution of all MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC) at project sites.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution of MEP works.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure proper implementation on-site.
Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, project schedules, and safety norms.
Conduct inspections and implement Quality Control (QC) procedures for MEP installations.
Identify and resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and site constraints.
Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and escalate delays or challenges to the Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and project requirements.
Supervise testing & commissioning of MEP systems and certify completion as per standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site supervisors.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Strong knowledge of MEP systems execution & QC processes.

Hands-on experience in HVAC, Electrical systems, Firefighting, Plumbing & ELV systems.

Good understanding of IS codes, NBC, and relevant standards.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Candidate Profile :

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP execution & QC in residential / commercial building projects.

Should have worked with reputed contractors / real estate developers.

Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
