About the Role
We're looking for a creative, hungry Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing design team. This is an ideal launchpad for someone freshout of college or with limited professional experience who has genuine creative talent and wants to build a career in marketing design.
You'll learn by doing—working on real client projects under senior guidance,developing your skills in a supportive environment, and growing into client-facing responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Marketing Design (Under Supervision)
- Execute design tasksassigned by seniordesigners—social media graphics, ad creatives, email banners, simple marketing collateral
- Adapt and resizeexisting designs for different platforms and formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, display ads)
- Assist in developing creative concepts by contributing ideasduring brainstorming sessions
- Learn to create simplemotion graphics and GIFs for social media content
- Follow brand guidelines accurately and maintainvisual consistency across deliverables
