Flutter Developer (SDE-2 / SDE-3)

Location : Noida – Onsite Only

Experience : Minimum 3 years in Flutter / Mobile App Development

Department : Engineering

Reports to : Tech Lead / CTO

We are hiring an experienced Flutter Developer who has delivered apps at scale and can work on high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Flutter apps for iOS and Android.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with proper state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).
  • Integrate APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase, and cloud services.
  • Optimize applications for performance, usability, and responsiveness .
  • Collaborate with UI / UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
  • Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart .
  • Proven track record of building and deploying at least 2–3 production apps .
  • Solid knowledge of state management , offline storage, and app performance optimization.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, push notifications, authentication flows .
  • Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin / Java) or iOS (Swift) is a plus.
  • Understanding of app store submission process for both iOS and Android.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment .
