SEO Intern

Priority1 Group is a fast-growing business solutions company, offering bookkeeping, marketing, and digital growth services to businesses in Australia and beyond. We are expanding our digital marketing team and seeking a passionate SEO Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in search engine optimization.

Key Responsibilities Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities.

Assist in on-page SEO activities, including meta tags, title tags, content optimization, and internal linking.

Support off-page SEO strategies such as backlink building and outreach.

Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and the latest SEO trends.

Prepare basic SEO reports and track progress on assigned tasks.

Requirements Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of SEO experience are welcome.

Basic understanding of SEO principles (on-page and off-page).

Familiarity with Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
