Job Opening : Bench Sales Recruiter / Bench Sales Executive

Location : Hyderabad

Experience Required : 3+ Years

Job Type : Full-Time | Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

Salary Range : ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

We’re in search of skilled Bench Sales professionals with a strong background in IT recruitment and consultant marketing across various platforms.

Responsibilities Include :

Marketing bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.)

Building and nurturing relationships with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients

Posting resumes on job boards and social media

Regular communication with consultants and clients

Scheduling interviews and following up with candidates

✅ Desired Qualifications :

At least 2 years of Bench Sales experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good grasp of US & Canada IT staffing practices and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
