We are expanding and seeking ambitious sales-driven counsellors to join our student recruitment team.

Role Overview

As a Study Abroad Consultant, you will guide and convert prospective students into successful study-abroad applicants. Candidates with experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Tele-counselling, Overseas Education sales, or Real Estate sales are highly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

Counsel students (in-person & telephonic) about study options abroad

Achieve monthly student admission & revenue targets

Understand student profile and recommend suitable universities / courses

Manage end-to-end admissions workflow, including :

— Applications & documentation

— Tuition deposit coordination

— Visa file handover to the visa team

Maintain lead follow-ups and daily CRM reporting

Build rapport with students & parents to enable smooth conversions

Whom We’re Looking For

1–5 years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, Counselling, or Real Estate Sales

Strong communication & persuasion skills

Target-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up discipline

Fast learner with the ability to work in a dynamic environment

✨ Candidates with prior experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education will be preferred.
