Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital learning experiences.

The successful candidate will have excellent design skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.

You will design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media. Additionally, you will support the visual development of training modules by providing assets such as icons, templates, characters, etc.

Your role will involve collaborating with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals, maintaining brand consistency across all visual materials, and participating in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.
• A basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
• A willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools.
