Project Description :
This role supports the Murex platform by ensuring system availability, incident resolution, and production stability. You will work closely with technology teams to maintain a resilient environment for trading and risk management systems.
Responsibilities :
Monitor and support Murex applications to ensure availability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
Perform log analysis, root-cause identification, and provide permanent fixes.
Coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams for environment-related issues.
Support system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.
Mandatory Skills Description :
2-4 years of experience in IT support with hands-on exposure to Python / Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
At least 2 years of direct experience with Murex.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description :
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
Exposure to financial products and trading systems.
