Job Description
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process from start to finish. You will identify and attract top talent through creative sourcing channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their hiring needs, and develop strategies to improve the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have :
A minimum of 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a product organization or high-growth tech environment.An MBA or postgraduate degree is mandatory.Experience working with sales teams and hiring for sales roles, including strategic, presales, business development, business strategy, and marketing roles.Ability to coach hiring managers and help them develop strategic recruiting plans.Passion and understanding of technology, as well as digital currency.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Research experience and proven track record of delivering against goals within tight deadlines.Strong talent sourcing experience across geographies.Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze people-related data sets.Highly organized, communicative, and service-oriented individual who thrives in ambiguous circumstances.Benefits
