About the Role :

In this role, you are the bridge between our clients' dreams and their reality. You will be responsible for the entire client lifecycle—from the initial consultation and sales pitch to the conceptualization and detailed design development. You will use your design expertise to build trust and your sales skills to build our business.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement & Sales :

Conduct initial client consultations to understand their vision, needs, and budget.

Develop and present compelling design proposals and quotations.

Confidently articulate the value of our design services and products to secure new business.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Design & Project Development :

Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.

Develop stunning 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.

Produce photorealistic renders and virtual tours using Enscape to bring designs to life for clients.

Source materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Experience) :

You have 0 to 5 years of professional experience in interior design, with a proven track record in a client-facing or sales-driven role.

A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design aesthetic and technical skills.

Required Technical Proficiency :

AutoCAD :  Proficiency in creating precise construction drawings.

SketchUp :  Strong skills in 3D modeling.

Enscape :  Hands-on experience creating high-quality, real-time renders.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

A keen eye for aesthetics, color, and spatial arrangements.

A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

Space Planning, Interior Design, and FF&E skills

Proficiency in developing Architecture concepts and preparing Construction Drawings

Strong project management and client communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar tools

A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred

Previous experience in residential and commercial interior design is a plus
