We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our FASTag Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations analysis and a strong focus on data-driven improvements. This role is crucial for analyzing operational data, implementing process enhancements, and collaborating with teams to ensure high standards of service delivery within a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Process Improvement :
Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaboration & Reporting :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Risk & Quality Management :
Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational activities.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Job Requirements

Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures, with the ability to learn quickly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications , particularly Excel and Word.

Experience :
