We are looking for a Voyage Optimization Analyst
Education Qualification :
Naval Architect / Marine Engineer
Work Experience : 7-8 years of work experience in the field
Key Responsibilities :
Manage databases related to vessel daily data reporting systems.
Ensure timely and accurate data submission to support regulatory verifications, including
IMO DCS
and
EU MRV
compliance.
Prepare and organize data for emissions audits in accordance with
ISO 14064-1
and
BRSR
standards.
Compile data for
SEEMP
periodic target reviews (EEOI) and coordinate with vessels to meet compliance requirements.
Analyze ship powering requirements to support
EEDI / EEXI
compliance, including inputs for sale and purchase evaluations.
Stay updated on evolving EU regulations, particularly those related to
EU ETS
EUAs
, and
FuelEU Maritime
Interpret and apply regulatory requirements effectively, demonstrating a strong academic foundation and adaptability to fast-changing energy efficiency and emissions standards.
Quickly learn and implement new tools and technologies as needed for compliance and reporting.
Support procurement processes by handling purchase orders and invoice processing as required.
Candidate Profile :
Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of maritime regulatory frameworks.
Ability to interpret technical data and regulatory implications accurately.
Proactive and adaptable mindset to keep pace with evolving industry standards.
Familiarity with emissions reporting tools and maritime compliance systems is a plus.
