Guidewire Application Developer

Seeking an experienced Guidewire Application Developer to lead end-to-end software development, from estimation to deployment and support. The role includes mentoring junior developers, evaluating packaged solutions, and enhancing system performance and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and document software components and integrations.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure code quality and compliance with standards.
• Analyze and optimize application performance and resource usage.
• Provide ROM estimates and contribute to system security, backup, and recovery planning.
• Lead data modeling, conversion, and automation initiatives.
• Supervise junior developers and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Evaluate and implement packaged software; manage technical project activities.
• Support deployment, training, and production troubleshooting.

Requirements

Exp : 5 years of experience in application development

Critical Skills : Guidewire Policy Center, Billing Center, Integration or Portal Certification - Advanced
