Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full-Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in both Java and Golang to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robust, high-performance applications across multiple domains, including SaaS platforms, healthcare IT, financial services, and AI-powered systems. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Golang, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support cloud-native applications deployed on AWS.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic using Angular, React, or other modern frameworks.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices in software engineering and DevOps.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and champion technical excellence across the team.
Implement CI / CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and document stores to ensure optimal data access, integrity, and performance.
Contribute to system monitoring and observability using tools like Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, and SonarQube.
Support agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve system design and development practices.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

6+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and Golang.

Proven experience building and deploying cloud-based applications on AWS.

Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.

Proficiency in building and consuming APIs, working with JSON / XML, and handling asynchronous communication.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design, optimization, and query tuning.

Strong grasp of software design patterns, concurrency, and distributed systems.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).

Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, GoTest) and automated testing practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
