Position Overview

We are looking for highly motivated Management Interns to join our consulting team.

This non-paid internship offers hands-on experience in business consulting, strategic analysis, and client engagement. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with senior consultants on real-world client projects, gaining valuable exposure to different industries and business functions while developing essential consulting skills.

Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will receive a certified Internship Certificate from Teqrox. Based on performance and contribution during the internship, outstanding interns may be offered a full-time opportunity within the organization

Key Responsibilities

Project Support

  • Assist in research and analysis for client engagements across strategy, operations, and organizational

development projects

  • Gather, analyze, and summarize data to support consulting recommendations
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and deliverables for client meetings
  • Contribute to the creation of strategic frameworks and business solutions

    • Client Interaction

  • Participate in client meetings and workshops under the supervision of senior team members
  • Support client communication and relationship management activities
  • Help document client requirements, feedback, and project progress

    • Business Analysis

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop financial models and perform quantitative analysis
  • Create charts, graphs, and dashboards to present insights

    • Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional consulting teams
  • Contribute ideas and insights during brainstorming sessions
  • Support internal process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives

    • Qualifications

    Education

  • Final-year MBA student or recent graduate (within the last 6 months) from an Indian Institute of

    • Management (IIM)

  • Strong academic performance throughout education

    • Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Quick learner with curiosity and drive

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or work experience in consulting, finance, or corporate strategy
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
  • Understanding of business frameworks such as SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, and BCG Matrix
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
